As CEO of Homes On The Go I lead the company’s overall vision, strategy and growth. I am responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business, building meaningful partnerships with local councils, and ensuring that we deliver both strong commercial performance and profound social outcomes.
With over ten years experience in the housing and property sector I am extremely passionate about fulfilling my clients needs, bringing a fresh and unique outlook to the services we provide. I am dedicated to supporting local communities by decreasing the number of homeless people in the UK and rehousing those truly in need.

Head Of Sales
As Head of Sales I am responsible for overseeing sales and accounts at Homes on The Go. I build trustworthy and long term relationships with landlords and local councils, and also manage the key accounts for the business. With over 15 years experience within new business development and account management, I use my skills to identify and understand the needs and challenges of my clients, and to provide them with tailored and innovative solutions that enhance their portfolios within the housing sector. I pride myself on my integrity, professionalism, and commitment to helping people. I lead the sales team to develop and grow their skills and always make our clients needs a priority.
Ricardo Ramsay
Technical Support Manager
I’m the Technical Support Manager at Homes On The Go, I lead the technology and support infrastructure that powers our housing operations. In this role I manage the daily performance of our internal systems, including property onboarding platforms, landlord and tenant databases, and the communication tools that help us coordinate with local councils and partners. My responsibility is to ensure all technical processes are reliable, secure, and compliant adhering to GDPR laws.
I also oversee the technical support function for staff by resolving system issues, implementing improvements, and providing training to ensure our teams use the tools effectively.
Marie Marriot
Property Sourcing Supervisor
I am Marie, the Property Sourcing Supervisor at Homes On The Go.
In my supervisory role, I oversee the sourcing of suitable properties, support and guide the property sourcing team, and lead the work of building and maintaining strong landlord relationships. I generate new leads by identifying and engaging with prospective landlords and property providers building a strong pipeline of suitable homes. I focus on obtaining guaranteed rent that give landlords predictable income while helping councils respond to increasing housing pressure.
I work closely with local authorities to coordinate the securing and preparation of properties so tenancies can begin swiftly and safely for people moving on from temporary or unstable accommodation.
Chantelle Grant
Property Sourcing Consultant
I am Chantelle, a Property Sourcing Consultant at Homes On The Go.
In my role I generate and qualify new leads, identifying suitable properties and building strong relationships with landlords.
I negotiate arrangements that provide fixed term and reliable rental income while helping councils meet rising demand for housing, something which I am very passionate about.
I work closely with local authorities to support smoother transitions for people moving out of temporary or unstable accommodation.
